Department of Prisoners and Prisoners\u2019 Families: <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The aim of this department is initiate and implement interventions aimed at reducing poverty among poorest prisoners and their families. It is also aimed at intensifying scientific research in area of prisoners and prisoners\u2019 families as a way of generating scientific knowledge on how to address poverty among poorest prisoners and their families. \u00a0The main programs in this department are:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The aim of this program is to reduce poverty among poorest prisoners and their families in rural and urban Zambia by regularly providing basic services to poorest prisoners and their families. The services include provision of food, shelter, clothing, beddings, medical aid, water and sanitation and farming inputs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The aim of this program is to decongest prisoners in rural and urban Zambia by constructing additional dormitories at prisons, provide mattresses and beddings for prisoners in correctional facilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
