The aim of this department is reduce poverty among poor people by giving them theoretical and practical knowledge on how to create employment for themselves, and where possible direct creating employment for them. 1) Transformative Education For Employment Creation Program: <\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

<\/b>The aim of this program is teach all cadres of learners in Zambia from primary up to university level on how to create employment for themselves. In order to achieve this aim, we seek collaboration with the Government of Zambia through Ministries of General Education, and Higher Education, Private Learning institutions, the Media, and Local Communities so that we regularly give lectures on employment creation strategies, and lobby learning institutions to either mainstream employment creation and poverty reduction in their syllabi or come up with stand-alone course on employment creation and poverty reduction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
