The aim of this department is to reduce poverty at local community levels by timely bringing local community problems to national political leaders considered to have the abilities to work with local communities to quickly address community problems that precipitate local community poverty. The aim of this program is to undertake scientific research on quarterly basis in all the constituencies and local wards in Zambia and produce national quarterly bulletins on developmental programs initiated by all elected political leaders in their wads and constituencies. This is meant to enable the general public to know political leaders that are reducing poverty in their constituencies and wards and those who are not.
