Department of Talent Identification and Development
The aim of this department is to reduce poverty through identifying talent in the poor people and supporting development of those talents. This is because we believe that every poor person has potential inside them and if enabled to fulfill their potential, their poverty situation can either be broken or reduced. The main programs in this department are:
1) Multiple Talent Search Program:
we search for talent in the poor people
2) Link Talent to Potential Developers Program:
We link the identified talent in the poor people to relevant institutions and individuals that can enable the poor people to translate their potential into reality
3) Develop the Identified Talent Program:
We support development of the identified talent in the poor people by giving them the support needed in order to translate their potential into reality
